The U.S. Department of Education does not have a standardized or certified process of approval or accreditation of foreign credential evaluation services for students entering U.S. high schools.

 

Additionally, no other organization standardizes the approval or accreditation of foreign credential evaluation services at the high school level.

 

All foreign credential evaluation agencies are private agencies that have been accepted by a state, an education agency, a private institution or business etc., to evaluate records and transcripts.

 

It is the sole discretion of the receiving institution to accept or reject said evaluation.
