Gretchen Holtsinger M.A.

Ms. Holtsinger obtained her graduate degrees from the University of Denver, Colorado and the American University in Cairo, Egypt and has worked in public education as a teacher, instructional specialist, and school and district administrator, specializing in second language acquisition programs, for over 25 years. Multilingual herself, she has also worked internationally in intensive English language programs at the university level. Ms. Holtsinger began her work with foreign credential analysis in 2002, and has extensive experience evaluating secondary transcripts from over 80 countries. She has also provided training for counselors and registrars on successful implementation of transcript evaluation systems to serve international students enrolling in Texas public schools.
